Private Lessons: During your one on one private lessons, you will receive personalized dance instruction to meet your personal needs and goals in dancing. You will learn all about technique, styling, and timing, and how to transition through different patterns on the dance floor smoothly and confidently. An up to date record of everything you have learned will be kept, to keep track of your progress.

Group Classes: Group classes are just as important as your private lessons. Group classes teach you how to dance with various partners, which is the key to becoming a comfortable social dancer. You get to practice what you have been taught in your private lessons, and you also get the opportunity to learn new material. Group lessons are a great way to meet people and make new friends.


Dancefit: We all know that exercising and eating right are important to our health and well being. Dance lessons are an excellent form of exercise, but sometimes we need a little bit more. Whether you are the athletic type that needs to feed your energetic buzz or the beginner who wants to try something new, Dancefit is for you. Dancefit combines the cha cha, swing, samba and Paso Doble into a high energy cardio workout that is sure to make you sweat. Be sure to bring a towel and water, and get ready to get Dancefit!
